Why do some MD feed updates show bidSize=0 and bidPrice=0, or offerSize=0 and offerPrice=0?
These values show that one side of the book has been filled or canceled.
When a bid or offer is completely filled, or when all orders on that side are canceled, the Market Data feed updates the price and size fields to zero. This signals that there are no longer active orders on that side of the book.
