Blue Ocean ATS operates an overnight trading session from 8:00PM – 4:00AM ET (Sunday–Thursday), with trade reporting to NYSE TRF.

The Blue Ocean Session operates overnight in the U.S. from 8:00PM ET – 4:00AM ET, Sunday through Thursday.

Trades executed during this session are reported to the NYSE Trade Reporting Facility (TRF) no later than 8:15AM ET the following morning.

Key details:

  • Sunday–Thursday sessions are open if the NYSE TRF is available the following morning.

  • The ATS does not open on Friday evenings since the TRF is closed for reporting on Saturdays.

This ensures seamless overnight execution and compliance with U.S. reporting requirements.
