No. The SIP does not operate during Blue Ocean ATS trading hours (8:00PM – 4:00AM ET).
Blue Ocean ATS (BOATS) executions are not available on the Securities Information Processor (SIP). The SIP only operates during regular U.S. market hours, while Blue Ocean provides trading access from 8:00PM ET to 4:00AM ET.
During this overnight session, executions can be viewed through Blue Ocean’s direct data feeds, but will not appear on the SIP.
